Seriously, Montreal?

A couple of of days ago; a police officer sped @ 122 km (72 km over) per hour and his overspeeding led to a seriously injured a five year old boy.The police has stated the officer will not be charged due to his need to speed for "supervilliance". This is unacceptable; shouldn't the police be able to carry out their job without hurting civilians? To Montreal: There must be consequences, it does not matter if it was not intended. We must take responsibility for our actions. So Montreal take action.
